Does not work

Since the last 2 updates I have been unable to edit any of the lights and keep getting message that it contains special programming and to contact the dealer! What gives!!!! I have homeworks QS system. Lutron please fix that. One spends so much money to hopefully be in control of the lighting programming.please allow that.
